Happy Fat Tuesday!
For as long as I can remember, my mom would always make my brother, sister and I chocolate chip pancakes on Fat Tuesday. I'm not sure really how, or even why it developed, but it became a tradition that held strong for many years. Unfortunately, this tradition slowly faded away as we all moved on to our different colleges and so Fat Tuesday pancakes became just a memory... well, that is until tonight....
