.....call myself a chef??!
Last night I did! Check out this omlette I made.... all with a fry pan, a flipper and a little bit of love.
For my entire life, I have never been able to create a Webster-dictionary-defined omelette. In the past, my omlettes have quickly turned into scrambled eggs or have been created in a GT Express. So I was more than excited when my skillful fry pan manuvering and "eggcellant" flipper flipping produced an almost pefect ham and cheese omlette.
Do I have a future as a professional chef? eh, probably not.
Will I gloat about my culinary masterpiece for awhile? most likely.
