Normal Life

So, in midsts of all these bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations and weddings that have been taking over my life - believe it or not, I am still somewhat on schedule with my marathon training.
While I've quite throughly enjoyed my time closing bars down, dancing, eating birthday cake and playing beer pong and doing celebratory 21st birthday shots at midnight - I'm somewhat glad that life can calm down and I can focus more on my running and eating healthy treating my body well on most occasions - lets be real here, frozen yogurt and beer are 2 things I just can NOT do without :)

But since life is calming down - this means that my blog post content has also calmed down. I've somewhat been in a blog-cation... aka not feeling motivated to blog about another breakfast or another typical training run, but since eating and running are apart of my everyday life.... here it goes:

I ran 6 miles this morning with 4 x 3 minute fartleks. I decided to spare ya'll with my beat red face and gross you out with my after run t-shirt:
There is Ohio for ya in the summertime.... full force humidity and heat at 6:00am.
(Who-Dey!.... we can talk about the whole Chad Ochocinco trade at another time.....)
Oh, and I'm back to having dark chocolate stashed away in the freezer:
My whole strategy of eating only 1 after dinner to satisfy my sweet tooth has immensely failed. I don't think anyone took into account that there are people out there with sweet teeth, and not just one tooth :)
And I'm pretty sure I've eaten 1 every morning on my way to work..... oops!

Well, that is it for now.... I know I said in a previous post that I will share with you all about blind dating and that sort of thing.... I think I'm at a point where I can share my take on relationships to my small little blog family I have...

until then... eat lots of chocolate :)
